We suggest looking at your site to determine the tier you need. If you are eCommerce with large volume, choose the Running option. If you’re an eCommerce site with low to med volume, then choose the Growing option. If you’re neither of these then choose the Starting option.

We have migrated hundreds of WooCommerce sites doing extreme volumes. If you are looking to have us migrate your site for you, first signup to the appropriate option. Yes, we host WooCommerce and have configured our servers for maximum performance. Even the largest of WooCommerce sites are no match for our backbone architecture and engineering staff.

Once you sign up you’re going to get a welcome email and one of our Customer Success managers will reach out to say hello and start the onboarding process. We offer white glove service to all of our clients.

Great question. Depending on your site setup, you may get more CPUs or more RAM. We’ll walk through your site during onboarding to ensure we get the correct technical setup in place.

We offer page and server caching for your site. Some of these will be automatically installed on your site when we migrate the site over. Others will be optional, depending on what you like to use. If you are already using WP Rocket, or similar, you can continue using that on your site with our servers.

If you’ve been trying to find the perfect setup, we’ll help evaluate what you currently have in place and make recommendations on any plugins we feel could be replaced or removed to work with our servers.

We offer a staging site for all hosting tiers. We’ll help get the staging environment setup and connected to your production site. These are individual environments, not shared in the same file system. We offer WP Migrate PRO for free to all accounts and handle setup for you.

All clients are free to use whatever email service they wish. By default, there is no emailer on the server. If you require assistance with email sending, we offer Mailgun as our preferred email sending service and is included at no additional charge for standard email volume.

We currently do no offer an admin panel. Why? Because we are a full-service managed host who takes all of that on as part of our services. Please note that this is only for the server. This would not pertain to your DNS or SFTP access. We plan on adding a dash in the future.

Interestingly enough, other hosts talk about “unlimited” site visits. What does that even mean? Every host has a threshold. They may not count site “visits” but they are counting how much data you move through the server. If you truly push “unlimited visits” you will get cut-off and an email from them as they try to explain this. Those hosts are dishonest and are counting on marketing gimmicks to earn your business.

As a Frictionless client, we offer a support ticketing system as standard support. We use this to generate automated tickets via our server and site monitoring services. You can log in and see if any new tickets have been generated and also submit a ticket for any requests you have. There is also a server status page that will be generated for your site. We also offer upgraded chat support via Slack if your company requires it.
